Lee Smithson (BSc.) is an experienced program developer with deep experience in laboratory management, program design and in sales. His combination of skills and experience offer a deep resource to tenants and his knowledge ensures the development of the Shared Services Program and Convergence Lab is to the highest standards. As General Manager, Lee manages and coordinates the daily operations and programs of the Stiller Centre.
Aggie Armstrong (BA) received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Western Ontario. Aggie manages the Centre‘s communications capacity through brand management, maintaining the website, creating and publishing Stiller’s newsletter, The BioGrid, and the development of marketing materials and news releases. Aggie also coordinates all of the Centre's events throughout the year.
Geoff Wicks-Nicholls is a dedicated Facilities Manager who ensures the building operates efficiently at all times. Geoff manages and monitors security, waste and recycling disposal, site maintenance, equipment preventative demand maintenance and provides a host of customer support services to the tenants.
Erin Leppard (BSc, HBA) received her degree in Biology and Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and the Richard Ivey School of Business. As a Business Analyst, she delivers market analysis reports and business information to tenants of the Stiller Centre. Erin also supports the Graduate Enterprise Internship program through customer engagement of internships and reporting to project funders.
Jennifer Dawe (BA Tech) is the Manager of the Convergence Laboratory. Jennifer received her degree in Applied Technology-Biotechnology from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. In this role, she assures effective laboratory operations, proper health and safety practices, and oversees day-to-day laboratory activities, including the smooth operation of essential scientific equipment and laboratory automation. Jennifer also manages and executes lab contracts with client tenants and external scientific companies.
