The Stiller Centre for Technology Commercialization

This resource provides a well equipped facility at subsidized rates for use by entrepreneurial science based start-ups that need to do proof of principle work or small companies who need temporary laboratory services. This lab occupies over 2,400 sq. ft. on our first floor with benches and facilities able to support 4 to 6 entrepreneurial activities simultaneously. Approximately $400,000 in laboratory equipment is available for use in one low monthly rate. Entrance criteria:

1. Must be a small proof of principle stage start-up company with maximum of two staff.
2. Must have a preliminary business plan prepared and have an idea of the market the technology will compete in.
3. Must be able to provide liability insurance.
4. Must have established a corporation and provide a bios of all key persons.
5. Must have a work plan and be willing to review progress with Stiller Management on a monthly basis.
6. Must be a small existing corporation or other entity
