The Stiller Centre for Technology Commercialization

The Stiller Centre hosts the largest incubation facilities in Ontario. With 55,000 sq. ft. of space and 14,000 sq. ft. of wet labs along with everything else one would expect at very competitive pricing the Stiller Centre offers an excellent incubation and acceleration space for emerging technology based companies. Many of the administrative burdens costs and regulatory issues are managed by our facility team within the lease pricing. Everything from hazardous waste licensing to projectors and meeting rooms is provided in support of our tenant companies.

The Stiller Centre has been designed as a Level II wet lab facility with DVAC line to emergency fire services. A Central recycling service is also in place. We have a security system with high security surveillance, card access and monitoring.
